Lee has over 18 years IT experience gained through working in a number of companies including Harbinson Mulholland, Price Waterhouse and Belfast City Hospital Trust.

With vast experience in ICT, information security and process improvement, Lee ensures that clients in all fields achieve optimum benefit from their systems.

Michael O'Neill (Engineering Manager)

Michael O'Neill specialises in the design and implementation of WAN technologies, networking and small to medium business solutions.

Michael has over 9 years experience in the Internet services industry including working for the first ISP in Northern Ireland (GPL) and also the longest running independent ISP (UNITE).

Philip Doherty (Software Manager)

Philip Doherty is responsible for managing the software department in Ethos.

He has over 7 years experience in providing bespoke software solutions to many companies across Northern Ireland.

His specialisms include Microsoft .Net Framework development for Windows and ASP.NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services.
