Outstanding Work in Progress (WIP)

Both real-time billing and progress billing are made possible by Ethos TimeKeeper.NET WIP Reports. These reports show each user the status of unbilled work in real-time for each project they have been assigned to. This gives the user the power to quickly identify projects which have large outstanding fees and with the ability to accurately progress bill, the user can minimise the risk associated with large debtors.

Fee History & Analysis

Not only does Ethos TimeKeeper.NET allow you to fee what you want, when you want; it also records every fee that is generated and holds it in a given clients fee history. Each recorded fee holds and displays every single time and expense entry that was related to that fee, making it ideal for audit purposes should enquiries over fees arise.

Complete Tracking of Write On/Off

Billing time and expenses as it happens is one way of billing your clients. However, many projects are undertaken with a fixed fee agreed at inception. Ethos TimeKeeper.NET not only allows you to record your time and expenses against a project, it also allows the user to Write-on or Write-Off time to meet a fixed fee. Any time that is written on or off is recorded, displayed and summarised for every project. Microsoft Office Integration

Many users are extremely comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications to analyse and interpret data.
